MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota - The Vietnamese Student Association of Minnesota (VSAM) cordially invites you to the fourth annual Vietnamese Interacting as One (VIA-1) conference on March 17 to March 19. VIA-1 is about unifying the Vietnamese, Vietnamese American, and the like through learning Vietnamese culture and traditions and by raising social awareness and cultural issues. VSAM hopes to empower leadership roles in our communities to act upon such knowledge and provide a network of resources and communication at this year’s conference.
